Wow...where has the time gone?

Since the last blog, which was only 3 MONTHS AGO, a lot has happened:) Let's see, where do I start. Well, we moved into our new house and we are loving it!! A few weeks later we went on a cruise to the Carribbean! (Pictures are coming soon) A friend of ours was getting married on the cruise and Jay was the best man. Then fall fest was here...which was fun to dress Madison up for. It's amazing the things that are fun now that we have a a child:) And then Madison turned the big 1 year old on November 2nd! I can't believe she's 1 already. That day all I thought about is what was happening one year ago. I have loved every stage of her life so far and it just keeps getting better and better. She's walking now and laughing all of the time. I just love her so much that words can't even describe it.

Fall Fest...she escaped from the zoo!

It took me forever to get that on her face...she wasn't liking it!

My mom bought this cute little lion costume at the goodwill before Madison was born...it was a little big but it worked and she was seriously so cute in it!

Remlinger Farms

If you have kids you have to take them to Remlinger Farms in Carnation! It's so cut and fun there. I went on a day when they had a special on the price and I do hear it's a little spendy on normal days but if you have the time and a little extra $ it's well worth it. They have pumpkins and a petting zoo, a train and rides for little ones. Here are just a few pics...

My niece, Tori...isn't she cute?

www.mjensenphoto.blogspot.com

Here are just a few updated pictures. I love the sunshine that we've been getting...hopefully it sticks around so I can dress Madison up in those cute summer dresses she's got:) Our house is up,sided, roofed, wired, plumbed, insulated and probably more since we were there yesterday! They move so fast with everything! We CAN'T WAIT to move in!!! Our new closing date is September 19th. It's going to be so nice to be back into a house that is ours and with more square footage!!! Madison is becoming so vocal and more mobile. She's not crawling yet but she's loving holding on to my hands and walking everywhere. It's a back killer but she loves it. I just had a busy week last week with the Leadership Gala and man was I exhausted by the end of it...it still amazes me how much longer it takes me to get things done with a little one! But I enjoyed it nonetheless. I just created a blog for my photography. I've been trying for a year now to create a website but haven't quite mastered it yet so I figured I would start here. I get a lot of questions if I've got a website so this will work for the time being...and like I said with everything taking me twice as long I guess I get one more year to finish the site:) So go visit: http://www.mjensenphoto.blogspot.com/ or go to my link. Here are a few I just posted on there!

I can't believe she's 6 months already!

Okay, I have to admit that she actually turned 6 months on the 2nd but now that I don't have nearly as much time on my hands to blog whenever the heck I want I figure since I'm still in the 6 month range it's okay:) Well, since the last blog Madison is now sitting up on her own, is eating solid food (well, pureed solid food) and reaches for me when I come to get her and when I lay her down to go to sleep and she's crying her eyes out:( It's so hard to walk away and let her cry it out. I'm strong about every other night-she's only been doing it the last few days so hopefully it will pass soon. Also since the last blog when I said we sold our house we actually just closed on it today. It took so long and my respect level for countrywide home loans has gone down substantially. But that's a long story that I would rather not rehash. It's closed and is finally a done deal. As long as the money is in our bank account now I'm all good. We're in our rental house now which is a sad cry from the other house. It's a little older and a rental...definitely not ours! But I keep looking to the future which is our new house and they are probably going to pour the foundation by this Friday! So another four months or so and we'll be in the new house. I can't wait! Here are some more pictures for everyone to see...she makes me laugh so much!

You're my brown eyed girl!

Like father, like daughter...classic faces!

She's probably going to want to kill me someday for this picture:)

Our little Poindexter

Oh, these pigtails make me laugh every time! It's little CindyLou Who.

Here we are!

Here we are!
